These terms apply to your use of kobuis.com, an informational introduction to the SokoRise platform. Separate conditions displayed on sokorise.co may apply when you create an account or use platform functions.

1. Informational purpose

Current task availability, product amounts, account requirements, potential commissions, progress and settlement conditions are shown within the SokoRise platform and may change.

2. Not employment or recruitment

SokoRise is a digital product-task platform. Neither site offers salaried, part-time or guaranteed employment and neither should be represented as an employer or recruitment agency.

3. No guaranteed income or return

We do not promise fixed income, guaranteed earnings, a fixed return, continuous task availability or a particular outcome. Any potential commission depends on the specific task, its completion conditions and the platform records applicable at that time.

4. Account funds and product tasks

Some tasks may require sufficient account balance to complete product purchases shown on the platform. Review each amount, all required steps and settlement conditions before confirming. Do not proceed if they are unclear or unsuitable for you.

5. Eligibility, Telegram and account safety

• You must have legal capacity and satisfy the platform registration requirements.
• Current registration supports eligible Kenyan mobile numbers and account amounts are displayed in KES.
• The Telegram link listed on kobuis.com is for questions only. Registration and account actions must occur on sokorise.co.
• Never send funds, passwords, one-time codes, banking credentials or account credentials through Telegram or other chat services.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, impersonate another person or use the service for unlawful activity.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the site or platform where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Intellectual property

The SokoRise name, visual identity, site design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

9. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for reviewing information and deciding whether to proceed. Nothing excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
